The 24th edition of the Flower Carpet  Brussels at the Grand-Place. 

One of the world’s most famous images was brought to life in a unique form: Hokusai’s ‘The Great Wave off Kanagawa’, reimagined using over 500,000 dahlias covering nearly 1,300 m² in the heart of the Grand-Place. Created by the Japanese artist Hiro Sugiyama and his collective Enlightenment, this ‘Neo-Hokusai’ blends the elegance of ukiyo-e prints with the energy of contemporary art to celebrate both the power of nature and the ties between the two nations.
